1. Digital Product — No-Refund Policy

Our course is a digital product that provides instant lifetime accessto premium recorded lessons, downloadable resources, prompts, templates and community access. Because the content is delivered digitally and can be consumed immediately after payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

The full curriculum is unlocked instantly after payment.
Downloadable resources, prompts and templates cannot be "returned".
The offer price of ₹499 is a heavily discounted limited-time price (MRP ₹1999).
You get a free demo, curriculum breakdown and detailed sales page before buying.

3. Exceptions — When You Can Request a Refund

We will consider a full refund only in the following genuine cases:

Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.
Payment succeeded but access not granted within 24 hours and our team could not resolve it.
Technical failure from our side that prevents you from accessing the course entirely.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues are resolved within a few hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent removal from the course and community.
