Faisal AI Creator is an online AI education brand owned and operated by Faisal Khan, based in Dehradun, India. We provide practical training in AI video creation, AI websites, Meta & Google Ads, prompt engineering and client acquisition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase our courses.

3. Course Access & License

Upon successful payment, you get lifetime personal access to the purchased course.
Access is granted to one user only — the person registered at checkout.
You may not share, resell, screen-record, re-upload or redistribute any lesson, resource, template or download.
Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing is time-limited and may change without notice.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Our course is a digital product with instant access and is generally non-refundable.

6. No Income Guarantee

We teach practical AI and marketing skills that we personally use to generate income for ourselves and 80+ clients. However, we do not guarantee any specific income, earnings, clients or results. Outcomes depend entirely on your effort, consistency and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, prompts, templates and the website itself are the intellectual property of Faisal AI Creator and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Post abusive, unlawful or misleading content in our community
Use our brand name or content to run misleading campaigns
